Prices
Golfskoven reserves the right to correct any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payment
Golfskoven accepts payment by cash and electronic means. Payment will only be made when the booked service or services are physically provided. All amounts are in Danish Kroner and include VAT. Price errors are excepted.
Invoicing
In special cases, Golfskoven sends an invoice to business customers. Credit is not granted to private customers.
If an invoice is desired, an agreement must be made in writing with us by contacting kontakt@golfskoven.dk. We reserve the right to refuse to grant credit.
Payment terms for invoices are net 8 days (public companies net 30 days).
Delivery
Golfskoven’s website serves as a booking platform for our services and services provided at our physical address. You do not pay to book online but pay when you arrive at Golfskoven. You can purchase gift cards, punch cards, etc., via the website. These are paid for online at the time of purchase.
Cancellation policy
Golfskoven does not accept cancellations by phone.
Bookings must be canceled online by accessing your account at the link you received in the order confirmation or by using “log in” on the booking portal. Select “BOOK” on our website to access the booking portal.
For agreements made via email, the same cancellation terms apply, but cancellation must be done via email.
Cancellation of Online Bookings for Less Than 20 People
Must be done by the day before the booking time. If canceled later than the day before the booking time, we will charge 50% of the amount for the booking you have made on the invoice.
Cancellation of Online Bookings for 20 People or More
Must be done at least 3 days before the booking time. If these are canceled later than 3 days before the booking time, we will charge 50% of the amount for the booking you have made on the invoice.
Cancellation of Jagthytten
Must be done at least 10 days before the booking time. If Jagthytten is canceled later than 10 days before the booking time, we will charge the full amount for the booking you have made on the invoice.
Cancellation of Jagtsalen
Must be done at least 3 months before the booking time. If Jagtsalen is canceled later than 3 months before the booking time, we will charge the full amount for the booking you have made on the invoice.
Cancellation and Change of Party Menus
Must be done at least 21 days before the event. For cancellations later than 21 days before the event, we will charge the full amount for the ordered party menus. Events, where Golfskoven has already placed a binding order with subcontractors (party menus, Christmas lunches, or other catering ordered from subcontractors), cannot be canceled and will not be refunded in case of cancellation, so the above conditions do not apply in these situations.
We note that according to section 18, paragraph 2, no. 12 of the Consumer Agreement Act, the general 14-day right of withdrawal in connection with distance selling does not apply to services in connection with leisure offers when specified in the agreement on which date or within which specific period the service must be performed.
Customer club, special deals and offers.
If you are a member of our customer club, Golfklubben, you receive information and special offers from us at regular intervals. You can unsubscribe from our Golf Club at any time by logging into your user profile and deleting your account.
When you receive an offer from us by email or SMS, the terms of the offer are described in the material you receive.
Our fixed offer (ad libitum, Free Play, menus etc.) on our website and in our booking portal is limited by the extent described on our website and in the booking system.
Free Play as an offer in our menus is limited to include available games and playing time in the periods specified in the offers, as well as the general availability at the time the consumer chooses to book Free Play. Golfskoven is not responsible for whether there is capacity for Fri Leg. It is the consumer’s own responsibility to check coverage at the time they expect to want to play.
Tokens handed out in connection with menus, or purchased as an add on to menus, have a value corresponding to what is printed. Free Choice tokens are limited to draft beer, postmix soft drinks, selected wines (served by the glass) and selected drinks.
All of our ad libitum offers are limited in that they can only be made available by contacting our staff in person. The Free Choice offer is limited to containing selected beverages. Thus, it is not the full selection of drinks that is available at “Free Choice” or “Free Bar”, and the consumer cannot otherwise demand that the selected drinks contain a higher percentage of alcohol than the selection of drinks usually contains.
All products booked online are subject to the current situation in relation to inventory, as we reserve the right that items may be sold out, even if they have been booked in advance.
Bookings on www.golfskoven.dk are reservations, and not a concluded agreement on the exchange of goods and services.
Right of withdrawal
We do not grant a right of withdrawal for our services and services when delivery has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed.
Alcohol
According to Danish law, individuals must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol in establishments such as Golfskoven. We reserve the right to request valid photo ID as proof of age in case of doubt.
