Booking and payment

How do I book?

You can book on our website by selecting “BOOK” in the top right corner.
Or book here.

Can I call you to make a booking?

No. We prefer all bookings to be made online. It ensures both your and our security and helps avoid errors and misunderstandings.

Do I have to pay when I book?

No. You pay upon arrival. Business customers and public institutions can be invoiced after the visit.

How can I get help with booking?

You can call our staff at Golfskoven, who will be happy to help. It may be difficult to get through during rush hours, so we recommend calling Monday to Friday between 12–16.

You can also send us an email if you need help or have any questions.

I can’t make a booking. All the time slots in the overview are red. What am I doing wrong?

You’re not doing anything wrong. Red time slots are already booked by other guests. Please choose an available time (white time slots).

Can we come and play minigolf even if it’s fully booked on the website?

Smaller groups of 2–4 people are welcome to visit Golfskoven even if minigolf time slots are fully booked online. We can’t guarantee availability, but it’s often possible for us to accommodate more players than the online booking shows.

How late can I change the number of people in a booking?

You can log in to your booking via the link in your confirmation and adjust the number of guests up until the day before your visit.

If it’s only small changes (a couple more or fewer than booked), this can always be handled when you arrive.

If you’ve booked a group menu or private event rooms, the deadline for changes is 14 days before the event.

Why does the SMS say I have to arrive earlier than I booked?

You just need to be ready at hole 1 at the time stated in your confirmation. Therefore, it’s a good idea to arrive 15 minutes early so you’re ready on time for the course.

Do I have to pay if I cancel / What are the cancellation terms?

If you cancel in accordance with our terms, you will not have to pay anything.

What should I do if the number of guests in our booking changes before we arrive?

Up until the day before your visit, you can change the number of guests by logging into your booking. Minor adjustments (1–2 people more or fewer) can be made upon arrival. Please note that different terms apply for larger groups.

Can I get an invoice after our visit?

If you are a business customer or a public institution, you can receive an invoice after your visit. This only applies if you enter your billing details at checkout when booking. Private customers cannot pay by invoice.

Can I pay with a gift card?

Yes, you can pay with a gift card. If you have a physical voucher for minigolf, a physical gift card, or an online gift card, simply book as usual and bring the gift card with you. We will deduct it from the total payment.

Should I use my gift card when I book?

No, you should not use your gift card when booking. Bring it to Golfskoven, and we will deduct it from your total purchase.

Can I get a refund for my gift card?

Gift cards purchased online can be refunded within 3 years from the date of issue. Physical gift cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I pay with cash?

Yes, you can pay with cash or credit card at Golfskoven.

Can I change the date of my booking?

You cannot change the date of an existing booking. The only option is to cancel your booking and make a new one for the correct date.

How do I receive confirmation of my booking?

You will receive your confirmation by email immediately after completing your booking. Please make sure to enter your email address correctly when booking.

Games and experiences

How long does a game of minigolf at Golfskoven take?

On days with few guests, we recommend allowing 1.5 hours for minigolf. On busy days, we recommend 2 hours. If you are a large group, you should add an extra 30 minutes.

How old do you have to be to play at Golfskoven?

Minigolf is a social game. If children can hit the ball, it’s the adults’ patience that sets the limit.

Are children allowed to stay at Golfskoven without adults?

Children must always be accompanied by adults, and younger children must always be supervised.

How many courses does Golfskoven have?

We have an 18-hole adventure minigolf course.

Are all courses indoors?

Everything takes place indoors at Golfskoven, except for our garden games and pétanque, which are played in our garden.

Do you need to book to play, or can you just show up?

We always recommend that you make a booking so that playing time and, if relevant, dining time are reserved for you. On busy days, both may be fully booked.

Can you play multiple rounds if you have time?

You can play an extra round of minigolf for a small additional fee.

How many people can play together on one team?

Up to 6 people can play on one team. We recommend 4–5 people.

What happens if you arrive late for your booking?

If you arrive late, we will try to fit you in, but if you are a larger group, there is a risk that we cannot send you onto the course. You should arrive at the agreed start time.

Is it possible to combine minigolf with other activities?

We have many other games you can enjoy. Pool tables, darts, PoolBall, shuffleboards, 250 free board games, and a garden where you can play pétanque and other garden games for free.

Is the minigolf course at Golfskoven easy or difficult to play?

Our minigolf course has two difficulty levels: the official one, as indicated on the guides around the course, and an easy, child-friendly version.

Food and drinks

Can I bring my own food to Golfskoven?

No, food and drinks must be purchased at Golfskoven.

How do I order food?

You can pre-order food via the link in your order confirmation. Alternatively, you can order when you arrive.

When you click the link in your confirmation, you will automatically see a menu overview of what you can choose from.

Why can’t I book food and games right after each other?

Our booking system takes into account how long we know it typically takes to play. Therefore, it is not possible to book minigolf and dining very close to each other.

Can I order gluten-free and lactose-free food?

Yes. If you use the pre-order link, you can choose gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, etc.

Can I order food where the animals are slaughtered according to halal practices?

No, we do not offer that as standard.

Can I order a vegetarian burger?

Yes, a vegetarian burger is an option.

Can I eat vegan?

Yes, a vegan burger is an option. It is the same as our vegetarian burger and meets both requirements.

Can I order anything other than burgers and sandwiches?

Our menu is comfort food and, besides burgers and sandwiches, includes only a few other options. If you are a group, you can order set menus, but this requires prior arrangement.

Can I change the contents of my burger?

Yes, you can add or remove items from your food when ordering via the link in your order confirmation, or you can inform us upon arrival, no later than 30 minutes before you plan to eat.

Why does it cost extra to change my burger?

We charge for changes to ingredients because our standard prices are based on preparing the food according to our recipes. When we need to make special adjustments – additions or omissions – it involves extra costs, which you help cover.

Can I buy drinks without ordering food?

Yes, you can buy drinks at our bar – even if you’re not eating at Golfskoven. You can also take your drinks with you while you play.

Do you serve alcohol?

Yes, we have a well-stocked bar with a wide selection of draft beer, drinks, cocktails, and wine.

Can I take leftover food home?

As a general rule, yes – but we rarely find that our guests don’t finish their food.

Is it necessary to reserve a table if we want to eat?

It’s a good idea to reserve a table, as we are often fully booked during typical dining hours. However, if you are a small group, it is often possible to order food even without a reservation. We cannot guarantee availability.

Can I get a group discount?

Can I celebrate a birthday at Golfskoven?

Yes, you absolutely can. Many people choose one of our deals as the basis for a birthday, but you decide how you want to put it together. We do not have a specific birthday package. Visit our website and read more under ”Events in Golfskoven”.

Do you have private event rooms?

Yes, we have our Hunting Cabin with space for up to 30 people and our Hunting Hall with space for up to 72 people.

Do you offer corporate events or team building?

Yes, we organize many corporate events and team-building activities each year. Contact us by email to learn more.

Can I bring my own cake to an event?

Yes, you are always welcome to bring your own cake. If you buy coffee or tea at Golfskoven, we will set the table for you.

Do you offer special packages for bachelor/bachelorette parties?

We do not offer special packages for bachelor/bachelorette parties. Our deals with games, food, and drinks are usually the preferred choice for this type of event. Feel free to contact us by email to learn more.

Can you arrange a tournament for our group?

We do not normally take an active role in running competitions, but our staff are happy to help you get started with the games. We also have a mini tournament template that we can send to you.

Can you get a tour or introduction upon arrival?

Yes, you can get a tour if you are not familiar with Golfskoven. We recommend that you come on a weekday, when the staff have more time to show you around. It is not possible on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Access to facilities

Can I use a companion card?

Yes, you can use a companion card when playing minigolf. You book as usual and show the card on the day.

Can I get around the golf course in a wheelchair?

Most holes can be played with a wheelchair, but there are unfortunately areas of the course that are not accessible by wheelchair.

Can I bring a stroller into Golfskoven?

Yes, absolutely. You can bring it all the way around, or you can park it somewhere in Golfskoven if you prefer.

Can I bring a dog to Golfskoven?

No, we do not allow pets in Golfskoven. Guide dogs are permitted.

Where can I park?

There is a large free parking area near Golfskoven. It is located just under 100 meters from our main entrance. See the parking map here.

Do you have a disabled toilet?

Yes, we have a disabled toilet and a changing table.

Is there an option to charge an electric car?

Yes, there are charging stations installed in our parking area.

Is there a cloakroom or lockers for belongings?

Yes, we have a paid cloakroom that you can use. Please contact the reception.

Do you have baby facilities (changing table, high chairs)?

Yes, we have a changing area in our accessible toilet, and we have high chairs you can borrow.

Can I visit Golfskoven outside normal opening hours?

Yes, we host events outside of normal opening hours. Send us an email to inquire further.

Can you be outdoors at Golfskoven?

Yes, we have a large garden with benches, café tables, and chairs, as well as a covered pavilion.

Am I allowed to smoke at Golfskoven?

Smoking is not permitted indoors, but we have a nice garden area with a pavilion where smoking is allowed.

Is there a difference in opening hours during holiday periods?

Yes, we usually open earlier during holiday periods. See our special opening hours here.

Does Golfskoven stay open on public holidays?

We are open all year round except for December 24th–25th and December 31st–January 1st. See special opening hours here.

What happens if Golfskoven has to close due to technical problems?

We have never experienced this, but if we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service, we will refund the portion that we cannot provide.

How do I get notified about changes in opening hours?

Is Golfskoven heated during the winter?

Yes, we have a pleasant indoor climate where coats are kept in the cloakroom—even during winter.

Can I buy gift cards on-site?

Yes, you can purchase physical gift cards by visiting the reception. Alternatively, you can also buy them online on our website.
